* Job Descreption:
– Receive the request from end-user about system error/website/software, re-check and send to Developmet team on the GOC Ticket system.
– Support end-user to access and createt the new request (Account request/Edit/Delete)
– Ensure all granted access in SLA and follow the security procedure.
– Work with the related department to solve the problems from end-users.
– Edit the end-user’s informationn if have any problem.
– Daily report to supervisor and work the other assigned job if any.
– Salary: 10.000.000 – 12.000.000 VND.
– Social insurance, health insurance according to Labor Law
– Participate in training courses in the company.
– Work in clean, professional and friendly environment.
– SHIFT: rotating shift, taking 1 day off
+ 1st shift: From 6:00 to 14:00
+ 2nd Shift: From 14:00 to 22:00
+ 3rd Shift: From 22:00 to 6:00
– Gender: Male
– Traction of issues through Slack, E-mail, Phone, Web.
– Escalation of issues to development team for timely resolution.
– Management of caseload.
– Frequent updates on pending issues/cases.
– Traction of case ageing.
– Daily / Weekly reports to supervisor.
– Provision of documentation.
