Customer Service staff [MBB-07]


Work in Tan Binh District
Working hours: 7am – 4pm; 8am – 5pm; 9am – 6pm; 10am – 7pm; 11am – 8pm, 12am – 9pm
Reporting to Customer Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for :
  • Handle phone calls with ease (not be afraid to pick up the phone)
  • Processing basic online customer request cases, such as data entry, emailing
  • Resolving bounce-back emails, and updating account information
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
  • Fluent English
  • Self-motivated, can do attitude, enthusiast for Internet and its possibilities
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills
  • Good Microsoft Office applications
  • Customer Service/Consultant experience is a plus
  • Work in a fast-paced environment
  • College Degree
  • At least 1 year experience
